Exercise #1: Calf raises
These calf raises that I’m gonna make you do are not gonna be up and all the way down. It’s going to be up and halfway down so that you’re keeping your calf tensed the whole time, okay. We’re not doing anything crazy right now, but I don’t want your heels touching the floor, okay. I want the intensity to be there from the beginning


Let’s do it together. Hands on the hips. Shoulders rolled back. Open that chest belly button in long neck. Now try not to, bring all your weight to your pinky toe. Try to push everything in onto your big toe so that you can really keep it all even as you lift onto the balls of your feet. Give me seconds staying on the tippy toes


Exercise #2: Calf raises – out
Now angle out into a diagonal. Keep the heels up.




Exercise # 3: Calf raises – IN
Now, bring your toes to the inside


If you need to hold on to a wall, you can do that

Exercise #4: High heel plies
Now, I want you to bring your feet out wide into a big Plié and go ahead and lift on to the balls of your feet. Okay, as can see calves engaged the whole time, arms out, roll the shoulders back just [indistinct]

and we’re gonna come down into a Plié and lift up, squeezing the quad, squeezing the calves. We’re coming down, lift up, squeeze, everything. Should be nice and slow and controlled. Do you feel your entire leg working? Yes, let’s get low and lift. Keep those heels up guys

I’ve been doing this for a while(with and without weights) , sometimes I do it everyday “routine”. Sometimes it is just a part from the workout I do 3-4 times a week. And sometimes I do it for fun. That was maybe 3-4 months ago.. and I’m still doing it but a not as always as before.. so.. my calves used to by cheesey but now it’s VERY SLIM! I love this result! Even when I wear heels it feels so good! My calves looks much better than before! Thank you so much Cassey! Short but great workout!
