S T Thank you for this recipe! I made this without the yeast, replaced the sugar/stevia with a tbsp of date syrup and added 1/4 cup of flaxseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower and it is delicious. I wish I could share the photo on here.

I lwas so excited when you’d posted your last one about a vegan keto bread, but was so bummed that it was using wheat gluten as I’m gf. so I was absolutely THRILLED to see this option. Jeanette Juul Øllgaard i tried to calculate the nutritional values in this. Turned out 458 kcal pr. bun. 38 g fats (3 g from saturated), 23 g carbohydrates (15.6 g fibres and 2.7 from sugars) and 13.7 g of protein pr serving (1 bun). 🙂 If anyone’s interested I used an online recipe calorie calculator. This bread is amazing!
